Order Cancellation & Changes

All orders can be cancelled or modified before they are shipped.

If your order has already been paid and you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 12 hours from the time of purchase.

Once the order has entered the processing, packaging, or shipping stage, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Refund Policy

Modforge™ offers a refund or replacement for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, customers must:

  • Provide a clear unboxing video showing the product condition upon arrival

  • Provide photos or videos as evidence of the defect or damage

  • Return the product to the address provided by our support team (the item cannot be kept)

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund or replacement accordingly.


Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue is confirmed to be our fault

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The issue is caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. wrong shipping address)

  • The product shows signs of misuse, intentional damage, or normal wear and tear


Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days).

If your refund request is approved, you will be notified via email. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
